The spring brings cheer and warmth to our homes, just like the arrival of a new baby! As a patient of the Fetal Diagnosis & Treatment Center at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Elisa eagerly waited in our home for her baby girl's arrival for seven weeks. During that time, big brother Mattias was able to make use of our wonderful play areas, like Johnny's Clubhouse, to pass the time. When Genevieve was finally brought home to RMHSNJ, everyone was there to welcome her with the good news bell! Our wish for Miss Genevieve is for happiness and health in the comfort of her home!
At the very top of Alex's list is this: the ability to walk. In the nine months he has been with us, he has endured many sessions of physical therapy, but the most grueling ones are yet to come, since the doctors at Shriners Hospital believe he is ready to stand. It will be hard. It will be tough. But we believe Alex will do it, so that's why our wish for him is to be able to run out of our house and back to his loved ones in Puerto Rico. "I longed for them so badly, and to see them growing so well! I just pinch myself to check if I am dreaming." When Maria talks about her twin boys, her eyes fill with tears because they are living proof that miracles happen. Born at 28 weeks, Joadiel and Jaxiel have been nurtured by their doting parents (and nurses!) during their four month stay at Cooper University Hospital. Today is the first day of their lives outside of the hospital, so our wish for them is to always be surrounded by loving arms to hold them! Donate today.

When you meet Bailey, you can't help but wish her all the beautiful things in the world - and the ability to see them. As a patient at Wills Eye, Bailey is battling a very rare eye cancer and will be receiving care until she is a teen. We look forward to being her home for many years to come!
No matter what country or state you are from, you can always count on a RMH friend to stand by you. Our wish for John, Valeska and Jaslene is that they can make as many friends as they do at our House!

Rawan is a warrior. As a toddler, she had a heart transplant, and as a teen, battled cancer. Her family travels from Kuwait every year for check-ups and each time, we get to witness her growth into a beautiful young lady. Our wish for Rawan is that she can stay in remission forever!
